  • Shipping Charges: ₹400

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected locations and serviceable PIN codes.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, high-value orders, or repeated order cancellations.

Please Note

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • For Express and Next Day Delivery, please allow an additional 24 hours in exceptional situations beyond our control.

  • Express Delivery, Next Day Delivery, and Cash on Delivery services are available only for selected locations and serviceable PIN codes.

  • Customers are requested to check PIN code availability before selecting Express Delivery, Next Day Delivery, or Cash on Delivery.

 


 

2. Return Policy

  • All products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • As an alternative to a refund, we offer Store Credit equivalent to the order value.

  • Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

How to Use Store Credit

  1. Contact our Customer Support on +91 99900 33885.

  2. Share your Order ID.

  3. Our team will issue a Store Credit Coupon Code.

  4. Apply the coupon code during checkout on your next purchase.

  5. Store Credit must be redeemed within its validity period.

 


 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Only size exchanges are accepted, subject to stock availability.

  • No alterations are provided.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags attached

  • All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection.

 


 

4. Customer-Initiated Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product due to:

  • Size preference

  • Change of mind

  • Any reason where there is no error from our side

Then:

  • The product must be couriered to us by the customer.

  • Courier charges for both returning the product and dispatching the exchanged product will be borne by the customer.

  • Once the product is received and approved after quality inspection, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

 


 

5. Sale, Discounted & Customized Products

  • Products purchased during a sale or on discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customized, personalised, or specially made products cannot be returned or exchanged for size, quality, colour, or any other reason.

 


 

6. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 


 

7. Size & Product Information

  • Please refer to the Size Chart before placing your order.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • As each garment is handcrafted, minor measurement variations may occur.

  • No alteration margins are provided in any garment.

 


 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening it.

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

 


 

9. Product Appearance

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.

  • As our garments are handcrafted, minor variations in print placement, embroidery, or finishing are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
